Purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment via Australia Post using as much recycled packaging as possible.
Packaging and delivery within Australia is typically a flat rate of $15, but there are some items we can send for $7 and others that we won’t send without insurance which increases the cost to $25. These prices will be shown at checkout. If your purchase exceeds $250, shipping is on us!
If you live in Brisbane, you are welcome to save on shipping and pick up from our business friends in and around Graceville; please be in touch for further details.
If you live outside of Australia, the unfortunate truth is that the cost of shipping to you is likely to be difficult to justify. However, we do love the idea of sending locally made wares to far flung places, so please contact us if you would like a shipping quote and we will do our best to make it cost effective.
It is really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We stand by all our wares and makers and do our very best with photography and product descriptions, but if your purchase is still in some way faulty, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it in exchange it for an alternative item or for store credit. We are sorry that we cannot accept returns if you have just changed your mind.
To arrange your return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item/s and let us know your concern.
- Safely package and have the item/s sent back to us.
- Once the item/s have been received we will issue you with a store credit voucher or dispatch your new order.
Please note that:
- All items being returned must be in as new condition with all original packaging, labels and tags.
- You must contact us via email to register your return and obtain a return address. Any returns received without prior notice will not be accepted.
- If making an exchange, your new item will not be dispatched until your return item has been received.
- Returned items must be adequately packaged for safe delivery back to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
- Your return is valid for store credit for the original item value only, the original shipping charges are excluded.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items (sorry)
