POP UP PREVIEW III
If you’ve ever travelled in the NT, you will know the Toyota Landcruiser holds quite a unique identity and serves a much different demographic to its city counterparts.
Consequently, the ‘troopy’ is regularly honoured in the artwork of the region as the quintessential desert bush car.
The Come on Toyota! Teatowel features a screen printed image based on a sculpture by @tjanpidesertweavers artist Nellie Patterson of Mutijulu (printed on 100% French flax linen).
We will have these along with some beautiful, certified woven artwork available for purchase with a selection already in our online shop.
(Purchase of these works supports female fibre artists on NPY lands, with minimal retail margin.)

Our Oxley Road shop days were sometimes punctuated with stock drops of extra special pieces that generated such frenzy, often they would be gone in one day and purchased off the pricing table.
If you’ve ever tried to buy bluebird ceramics by Lucy Vanstone you’ll know the luck and speed required.
We are so grateful to include Lucy’s work in our 2024 pop up offerings!

Due to the temporary nature of our new shop format, we have been previously conservative in purchasing large quantities and higher end items which meant some customers missed out.
To avoid this repeating, we are offering pre-orders for some products that will be irreplaceable at short notice:
• Our best selling, iconic Carrie lamp by Audo (formerly menuworld) in black, white or olive. Other colours are also available on request.
• the JWDA lamp is a design classic but we have especially loved it in this portable format - available in black, green (and alabaster on request).
• the multicoloured BIT stool by Normann Copenhagen is made from 100% plastic waste with so many potential functions. Also available in other colours on request.
• the Audo bottle grinders have been with us from the start, but here are their minis perfect for the table or picnic basket.
