This class is an ideal introduction to clay work, suitable for beginners, taught by Tracy Murray of Shutup and Relax ceramics.

In this two hour evening workshop, Tracy will take you through some simple pottery hand building techniques to create a two piece bowl and spoon set while Onegirlstudio will provide light refreshments.

All tools, clay and materials for decorating and firing are supplied. After our workshop, your pieces will be dried and fired and then glazed with a choice of two glazes. Pieces can be picked up in store once firing is complete.  Please allow approximately 4 weeks for this process.

Tracy teaches beginner ceramic workshops in different venues around Brisbane and has joined with Onegirlstudio to raise funds for Outback Futures. All class fees and 10% of shop sales during the evening will be donated to this not-for-profit organisation committed to providing regular, professional and consistent allied health services to rural and remote Queenslanders.
